Product Introduction
This kind of heat pipe heat sink with fin does not need any heat transfer medium, just solder the heat pipe into the heat sink fins, relying only on direct contact to conduct heat.
The heat sink fins are not a simple flat surface, there is a downward extension in the part in contact with the heat pipe, in this way, the fins are stacked layer by layer, they can completely wrap the heat pipe, and the heat dissipation effect is not much worse than soldering heat sink.
Through fin has the advantage of large contact area, soldering heat sink has the advantage of high thermal conductivity.
